Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Yodeler platform and website (the "Services") provided by Yodeler Technologies Inc. By using the Services you agree to these Terms. Enrolled fleet clients and approved service providers are additionally governed by their signed agreements (Client Enrollment Agreement, Approved Provider Agreement), which control if they conflict with these Terms.

The Services

Yodeler provides fleet intelligence, service coordination, and billing tools. Platform subscriptions are billed annually at the published rates (a platform base fee plus a per-vehicle rate by tier). Fees are exclusive of taxes. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that jeopardize the security or integrity of the Services.

Your data

You retain all rights to the fleet and business data you submit. You grant Yodeler a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services. We handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• No unauthorized access, probing, or disruption of the Services or other customers' data.
• No scraping, reselling, or reverse-engineering of the platform or its data feeds.
• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content or use.

AI assistant

The in-portal assistant provides informational guidance grounded in your fleet data and general automotive knowledge. It does not replace professional diagnosis; safety-critical concerns should be inspected by a qualified technician.

Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yodeler disclaims implied warranties and our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to Yodeler in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes; termination

We may update these Terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Services at any time; signed agreements govern their own termination terms.
