Yodeler Technologies Inc. ("Yodeler," "we," "us") provides a fleet intelligence and service-management platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to yodeler.app, the Yodeler client portal, and related services (together, the "Services").

Information we collect

Account & contact information — name, work email, company, phone, and fleet size when you request a demo, create an account, or contact us.
Fleet & service data — vehicle records (VIN, make/model, mileage), service history, inventory, and invoices that you or your service providers add to the platform.
Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers. We retain payment status, amounts, and invoice references.
Usage & device data — log data, browser type, and pages visited, used to secure and improve the Services.

How we use it

To provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including fleet analytics and service coordination.
To process payments, send invoices, and maintain billing records.
To respond to demo requests and support inquiries.
To power the in-portal AI assistant — questions you ask are processed together with your own fleet context by our AI provider; they are not used to train third-party models under our agreements.
To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share fleet data with third parties except the subprocessors needed to run the Services (hosting, payments, AI inference), each bound by contract to protect it.

Retention & your choices

We keep account data while your account is active and as required by law. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information at any time at privacy@yodeler.app. Residents of certain states and regions (including California and the EU/UK) may have additional statutory rights, which we honor.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, access is role-based, and payment flows are handled entirely by Stripe. See our Security page for details.
